There was a moment when I realised I'd been living on the edges of my own life. Pouring into everyone else. Waiting for the right time. 

My cousin died suddenly at 34. This shifted something for me. I sold my house at 51, moved to Spain alone, and built a life entirely on my own terms. Not because I wasn't scared, because I finally understood that staying safe was the most dangerous thing I could do.

I've spent over 20 years as a transformational therapist helping people untangle the patterns that keep them small. I don't just understand this work academically. I've lived it. I know what it costs to choose yourself.
